In this type of dust collection system, dust bags are being shaken by the (pulse) weave of compressed air at regular interval, which is being control, by a timer. Further the fabric of the bags are being taken with less porousity, hence the system restrict more finer material at the surface of the bags. Hence only clean air goes to the atmosphere.

We have come up with our superior quality Dust Collection System which is highly efficient and comes in a robust construction. The Dust Collection System provided by us is comprised of best quality components that enable efficient long term usage. These Dust Collection Systems are available at industry leading prices. Rotary Air Lock Valve will be quoted separately. Principale Working : Pulse Jet Type Dust Collectors, are to collect the very fine particles, consist a series of filter bags with very fine openings for air escape and retaining the dust very efficiently. There is a unique cleaning system for the surface of these bags. Compressed air at a very high pressure is being injected through nozzles from the reverse side of air flow, in the form of pulses at a regular interval, controlled by solenoid valves and timer (please note that usually compressor is not in our scope of supply). The production capacity and H.P depends on the physical properties and particle size of the material and are subject to variation in all the above machines. Noye :
