Lemon known for its rich vitamin C content, aroma and pungent flavor has been used for both culinary and non-culinary purpose throughout the world.  We, as a supplier and exporter of lemon, source it directly from the farmers, cull, grade, sort and pack it in a carton box according to the specification of the buyer.

Gherkin is a term generally refers to savoury pickled cucumber.  They are sourced from farmers, culling of defects, properly graded, sorted, soaked and washed. Finally, after quality check, they are put inside the barrel containing either natural vinegar, acetic acid or brine(sodium chloride) as per the specification of the buyer.  They are immersed in 220/240 liter barrel, made of Food Grade High Molecular High Density Polyethylene(HMHDPE), containing 150-180 kg of gherkin.The specifications regarding grades of the product, packing medium to be used, ingredients that go into the pickle, etc. are all specified by the consumers and importers.

Jaggery is a sweetener that is made from sugarcane free from any chemical processing by extraction, clarification, concentration and finally cooled in huge moulds.  It is rich in mineral content, aids in digestion and acts as a respiratory tract cleanser.  The colour of the Jaggery ranges from golden brown to dark brown in colour.  Palm Jaggery is made from extract of palm tree sap.  We are exporter and supplier of both Cane Jaggery and Palm Jaggery according to the specification of the buyer.

Madras Plain Appalam (Pappadum) is made from good quality Urad Dhal flour. Our Appalam is handmade under hygienic condition, sunlight dried, which is thin and crispy that pampers the taste buds. We have a good demand for them in Indian market as well as International market.
