PRECISION Induction Heater - Series PIH - is designed to heat the Bearings and other shrink-fit components prior to mounting using latest technology intelligent microcontroller based electronic controls.
The life of Bearings and other torque transmitting steel components, which are shrunk-fit on shaft, may get cut short due to rough handling and faulty installation or mounting methods. This can be avoided by expanding them by induction heating for the purpose of mounting of the component.
PRECISION Induction Heaters - Series PIH - are available in 5 different models for mounting, range of bearings having bore size from 14 mm and above. Fast, safe and economical heating of bearings is best features of PIH Induction heaters.
PIH series is light weight and portable for better performance. It has power capacity of 3.5 / 4.0 KVA. The controls are intelligent microcontroller based programmable electronic controls. It has two operating modes, Temperature mode and Time mode. Both are controlled through feather touch key Board. Both modes can be seen at the time of operation. It can also be used to heat bearings of larger diameter using a pair of Raiser Blocks size 55 x 55 x 125 mm. The unit can also be used to heat a plate of any magnetic material by placing the plate in place of the horizontal yoke across the vertical supports.

Precision Manual Bearing Puller is deisgned for economical maintenence purpose Bearing Puller (2 jaws and 3 jaws). This is operated by tightening and losing of handle by means of threads on the shaft. The versatile sets offer unmatched application in the maintenance and repair field. System:
The pressure required to dismount bearing assemblies is 200 to 500 kg/cm2 range; and for torque-transmission joints is 800 to 1800 kg/cm2 range. In optional case the pressure required is 2500 to 3000 kg/cm2 is required.
Oil Injector Pump manufactured by PRECISION is designed to operate up to 3000 kg/cm2 giving adequate pressure for all normal dismounting applications.
Field of Use:
This System has a variety of applications; from small components to extremely large ones with cylindrical or taper seats. It is widely used for mounting and dismounting components with interference fits which are transmitting large fluctuating loads, such as gears, flywheels, crankshafts, couplings and bearings.
Mounting and Dismounting:
Oil Injection System is the only method of mounting and dismounting for shrunk fit components without damage. The mounting and dismounting force is reduced, or almost eliminated, by using the oil injection method.
PRECISION HYDRAULIC BEARING EXTRACTOR - MODEL : BWT PRECISION developed a unique concept as Mobile Workstation to dismount direct mounted bearings without any damage or scoring to the bearing bore or shaft seating, with minimal force. This equipment is specially designed to inject oil under high pressure between the bearing bore and shaft seating, enabling the bearing to be pulled out floating on thin film of oil.
