Application

These cylinders are designed and constructed for high duty cycles in Machine Tool applications.

Uses the principal of intensification to convert the convenience of low pressure compressed air to the power of high pressure hydraulic oil. The small footprint of the cylinder is easily accommodated on compact high performance machines.

Application

To provide a high thrust force over a short stroke using compressed air. Ideal for applications where conventional hydraulics is not used or cannot be used. Widely used in Machining Centers (VMC & HMC).

Hydraulic work support is a replacement to the adjustable screw jack. This is not a force generating element but a resistance generating element.

Application

Hydraulic work supports are used to provide a self-adjusting rest for the work piece during machining operations. They compensate for work piece surface irregularities and prevent deflection and vibration under machining loads.
