CUT TO LENGTH LINES Cut-to-length lines, takes flat rolled steel or coiled steel, unrolls it, levels and cuts it to desired length sheet. Our wide range of Cut-to-Length Lines can be used for processing both ferrous and non-ferrous material. These lines are available in varied specifications with width range of 450mm to 1500mm and thickness range of 0.12mm to 10.0mm. Industry Lines : Industry line is suitable for high quality requirements of automotive and white goods Industry. In these lines, a constant loop speed is maintained that pushes the material in the loop. A low inertia Feed Roll pulls the material out of the loop at high speed and stops at the exact required length, ensuring accurate cut lengths. These lines provide length accuracy of ?0.05mm and diagonal accuracy of ?0.5mm can be achieved, depending on the selection of electrical controls. The Industry Line can cut sheets at the rate upto 40 cuts/minute and speeds upto 80mpm.

DECOILERS We offer most affordable decoiling solutions for use in continuous process lines like sintering lines, babbitt lines, de-greasing lines and pickling lines. These machines facilitate quick and safe loading of the coil to the mandrel. One coil remains loaded as standby as soon as the running coil is finished, the fresh coil is automatically loaded to the line. This enhances the efficiency and increases the overall production.  The range of our decoilers have a welded steel construction with a dynamically balanced base for smooth operation. The duplex head is mounted on the two taper roller bearing to make indexing frictionless. Drums are expandable and each section has two guards to prevent coils to flare up.

Levelling Units Our Tension Levelling Lines are designed to provide excellent sheet metal flatness required for high quality applications in different industries. The material is run through a entry and exit set of bridle rolls, with the corrective leveler in between. The strip is under great tension with a slight elongation above the yield point of the material, and simultaneously leveled. The material is uniformly levelled and relieved of most internal stresses.

TUBE AND PIPE MILLS We manufacture quality Tube and Pipe Mills in different design specifications with precision. These mills have servo cut system for automatic tube that provide greater accuracy in cut length to reduce the wastage. Better control is achieved by using DC or AC digital drives. PICKLING LINES Our range of Pickling lines are characterized by high pickling rates, low-cost pickling operations and flexible production capability. The different pickling technologies include Push-Pull, Semi-Continuous and Continuous Pickling Lines.  Push-Pull Pickling Lines Push-Pull Pickling Line are used for individual processing, thus removing the need for joining strip. These push pull pickling line provides excellent operational flexibility with the ease for frequently changing strip dimensions and steel grades. As there is no accumulator in the line, this technology is the most cost-effective method for medium volume of production. SLITTING LINES A Slitting Line is used to break down master coils into smaller coils of a particular width. We offer highly efficient slitting lines for Hot Rolled and Cold Rolled ferrous strips as well as non-ferrous strips. These lines can be custom designed on the basis of production capacity, high quality of slit product, automation level, flexibility of operations and budget of the clients.  Incorporating latest technology, our slitting lines provide rapid change over with an increased output. The lines are capable of producing superior quality of the slit coils with significantly higher levels of productivity. The capacity of the line ranges from 300mm to 2000mm (width) and 0.10mm to 10.0mm (thickness) in strips.

COLOR COATING LINES Our range of color coating lines stand for reliable operation, high throughput rates and top product quality. The lines can be simple, semi-continuous type with infrared ovens to high-speed continuous lines with a standard catenary and "floater-type" convection oven. E.O.T CRANES Our EOT Cranes are designed for high speed operation to give increased productivity. The features of of the cranes are as follows:  Coulmn : The main coulmns of the cranes are fabricated from tested plates that are duly machined and welded with the best electrodes i.e. Essab/advani. All the point of junctures are carefully inspected to detect cracks, unwelded surface, uneven joints etc. The latest welding equipment and profile cutting machines are used to ensure a flawless fabrication job.  Driver System : We use slippering type electric motor with class B insulation of reputed brands including KIRLOSKER/CROMPTON/ GEC. An accurate control over the functioning of the crane is achieved by using quality brakes tested for its performance. The driver systems are provided with double safety feature by way of emergency control switch that works in case of brake fail to prevent any mishap.
