Design and Construction :

• Maximum belt protection is provided by the smooth pulley surface.
• The pulleys are provided with straight and crown-faced.
• To augment grip between the belt and the pulley, drive lagging pulley is usually provided.
• Keeping in mind all the tension parameters, we design products according to its position in the conveyor.
• A special type of pulley is welded steel pulleys that are of drum type. This pulley is provided with rim, end discs and hubs that gives maximum rim overhang and prevents accumulation of materials.
