This instrument is used for testing the crease ability of carton board. Ensures fault free folding the Carton Board Creaser (patra type) gives the board mill and the carton makes a ready and reliable method for checking the creasing qualities of carton boards. In addition it gives the carton maker a guide to the correct settings for cutting and creasing equipments so that the trial and creasing error in make ready can be reduced and the production of faulty cartons avoided.

This instrument is used for uniform treatment of pulp under standard condition for producing the pulp as per commercial production. MS Fabricated tub lined with Stainless Steel ground and polished. volume 200 liters, 5 kg bone dry pulp. Provided with motor and V belt drive.
For production of laboratory paper sheets for physical tests. The design of the drainage system provides a uniform flow across the entire wire, thus permitting exceptionally uniform sheets. Laboratory sheets, prepared from suspenstions of pulp are used for determining physical properties such as apparent density, tensile index, tear index, folding endurance light scattering coefficient and air resistance. Pulping unit is used for laboratory production of chemical pulp. It is provided with pressure tested six autoclaves, of capacity 2.5 liters each suitable for 300/350 gm bone-dry samples, rotate in hot poly glycol bath. Microprocessor based temperature indicator cum controller with facility of more detailed pre-programming to control the boiling sequence.
Two Heating elements of capacity 7.5 KW each.
Digital temp Indicator-cum-controller precisely control the temperature range 50o-250oC.

The Rag Chopper is suitable to chop the Different Raw Material i.e, cotton Lintel, Jute, Gunny Bags, hosiery waste in small pieces to feed the digester / Beater.
