The unit uses permanently installed Peltier gas cooler to cool the measuring gas to a temp. of + 5 Degree C irrespective of the withdrawal temperature or the ambient temp. It has built in Condensate Removal pump, Sampling Pump, dust particle filter and Flow meter with needle valve. The system is equipped with a status detection unit to show the operational state of the cooler and also an additional master switch for the gas pump.

The Portable Sampling System provides a compact solution for field checking dew point where direct measurement is difficult. Typical applications for the Portable Sampling System are metal treatment and plastics drying processes. A compact solution for sampling from hot or dirty processes, our Portable Sampling System enables measurement from both pressurized processes and processes at atmospheric pressure. Low maintenance is needed due to excellent long-term stability.
