We manufacture Hygienic Food Grade Conveyor Belts specially as per regular /bulk requirements, which mainly come from sectors like manufacturers of various food products, pharmaceuticals sectors, various tea estates, etc. These belts are specially made from fine quality natural rubber, selected raw material and Chemicals. We recommend Fire Resistant Conveyor Belts mainly for Coal Mines and Coal Handling Plants, Gaseous hard coke Lignite Mines / Plants and Washeries. F.R. Grade belts are specifically designed to prevent them from gaseous sparking contents, having ambient temperatures, where there is always a constant fear of occurrence of any hazard. The Rubber Covers of FR Grade Belts are specially made from EPDM rubbers, which within itself has a very high tendency to absorb and resist high temperatures, in order to ensure the Fire Retardant Properties of these F R Belts. F.R. Grade Belts Convey Coal towards Bunkers and Coal-Crushing Sections of Furnaces of Sinter and Smelter Plants of Steel & Alloys Rolling Plants and mainly for Thermal Power Generation purposes, Conveying Fly Ash from Furnaces of Coal Based Captive Power Plants and Super Thermal Power Stations.
We recommend only Heavy Duty Tensile Strength Belts for F R Grade, which are manufactured and Tested As per IS : 1891 (Part I & V) latest, & As Per other desired Standards I.S.O 340, Canadian Standards CAN/CSA M422 M87, & DIN : Abrasion Resistant: Test.
We manufacture Oil Resistant Conveyor Belts, which are mainly used in plants handling products like Poultry Feed, Fish Feed, Soybean Draff, Packed Fish and Meat Products, Rapeseed Vegetable Cooking Oil, Mustard Oil Packing Plants, Organic Solvents Handling Plants that normally contains Paraffin Wax and Naphthene based Oils. These Belts are specially constructed with Finest Raw Material to ensure Super Flexibility and Excellent Performance during Workmanship. The Carcass Construction and Rubber Covers of O R Belts are made of Special Anti Oil / Grease Resistant Properties that do not allow any extracts of wax or oil, formations to appear on the carrying side of the belts. Belts are totally Anti Static and have super flexibility during workmanship and performance. We recommend O. R. Grade Belts in Medium / Heavy Duty only as per desired applications. O.R. Manufactured Belts are tested as per IS 1891 (Part III) 1978 with Latest Amendments.
