The Advantage on inclining the machine to the back is that the material falls with weight of gravity itself Which allows easy low cost workability with smooth handling of component and scrap. The Design as such ensures toughness to bear excessive jerks & long thus eliminating chances of any deflection during opration, besides box type slide gives additional grip for self alignment & accuracy plus strengthening structure of frame. Design of four side gib ram hole & ‘T’ slots gives additional gripping for self alignment for longer life eliminating chances of wear and tear of punch and die ends. 1.
