Manufactured to meet IS: 2202(part1) 1983 from a high-tech plant which is equipped with an ultra-modern laboratory to match the International Standard. Prestige Flush Doors are made with selected, seasoned timber. The block board Core is framed with Seasoned hard wood battens and pressed at high pressure with phenol formaldehyde resin under Cross banding process.
By virtue of all this and under the supervision of highly qualified personnels, Prestige Flush Doors are dimensionally stable, termite resistant, moisture proof and durable-they last for generations in perfect condition.

Tolerances of nominal width and height shall be as per IS 2202 (Part 1)1983.

Prestige Flush doors are manufactured with excellent quality raw materials. Regular tests are being carried out form our well equipped laboratory to give constant quality. Strict inspection is carried out before and after manufacturing to ensure quality.

Should however, any manufacturing defect become apparent in our products we undertake to replace the defective materials free of cost.

• Core: The solid block board core of Prestige Flush Doors is made out of well seasoned hardwood.
• Cross band: are from B.W.P grade Veneers.
• Face Veneers: Thicker face veneers are used to get more strength and rigidity.(a) Gurjan faced(b) O.S. Teak faced: We manufacture one-side Teak faced Flush Doors(c) B.S. Teak faced: We also manufacture both side Teak faced Flush Doors.
• Frame and lipping: All battens used for frames and lipping are from well seasoned hard wood.
• Single leaf/double leaf: Prestige Flush Doors are supplied either as single leaf or double leaved. The rebate cutting is either splayed type or square type.
• Openings: Prestige Flush Doors are also supplied with openings for vision panels or louvers, rectangular or circular as required.
