Pressure Testing Rig

This system that we offer can be used to simulate aircraft fatigue induced by changes in altitude. Details :

To design a system to simulate few years of aircraft fatigue induced by changes in altitude. The system was required to pressurize and depressurize all voids within the aircraft and be accurate to within 0.1psi at all stages of the operation.
A very high level of safety was required, to prevent any potential damage to an aircraft through over pressure. The input control signal would be sent via a PLC and the operation would be recorded.
