CPVC Pipe & Fittings are manufactured with high quality CPVC raw material using hi tech ultra modern injection and extruder machines to maintain the accuracy of dimensions. The pipes and fittings are made of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride and is available from 15mm to 50mm ( to 2) as per copper tube sizes (CTS). The pipes are available in SDR 11 and SDR 13.5 whereas fittings are available in SDR 11 class. Threaded inserts in the transition fittings are made from high grade brass material , to withstand chemical corrosion at elevated temperatures. CPVC is similar to PVC, but is treated with chlorine to create a material, that is highly resistance to heat, acids, alkalis, alcohols and many other corrosive materials. With CPVCs ability to withstand higher temperature than PVC, CPVC is used in applications where the temperatures may reach 200oF (93oC) and can typically be found in numerous applications including chemical delivery systems, vacuum lines and many other lower pressure applications.
