Brass Flanges are typically manufactured using brass grades such as CZ121, C36000, or IS 319 Type 1, depending on the application. They are available in standard sizes ranging from inch to 6 inches or custom sizes as per drawing. The pressure rating generally ranges from PN10 to PN25 or up to 150 PSI, suitable for low and medium-pressure pipelines. These flanges are CNC machined for precise dimensions with flat face or raised face sealing surfaces. The surface finish is typically smooth turned or polished, and threads (for threaded flanges) conform to BSP, NPT, or ISO standards. The flanges are resistant to dezincification and corrosion, with an operating temperature range from -10C to +200C depending on the medium. Common standards followed include ANSI, DIN, or IS, and they are suitable for soldering, brazing, or mechanical assembly.
