The media separation unit in an air wash rotary screen separator which receives all media and debris from blasted work piece by the bucket elevator. Contaminants are removed by rotary screen & are discharged through a chute. The finer contaminants are barasive that passes through the screen then cascade over the air wash where fine contaminants and small abrasive particles are removed. Reusable abrasive falls in the machine.
The reclaim floors utilize a heavy-duty screw to return the abrasive to the separator/classification system. The standard screw is 9 in diameter, which consists of a 5 diameter schedule - 40 pipe wrapped with thick flighting.
The U shaped partial reclaim system adds two longitudinal metered screw assemblies along each side wall of the blast room. The position of the screw assemblies allows automatically reclaiming approx. 60 - 90% of the blast media. This floor design is typically utilized in a flow-through room configuration where heavy work pieces and/or material handling devices can drive into the room and position the work piece on the steel covered concrete floor located between the longitudinal screws. This system is best suited for medium to high production.
High pressure water jet machines can achieve impossible cleaning tasks giving quick, thorough, effortless, efficient cleaning with reduced water consumption and human fatigue. This gives a new dimension to car washing. Certain types of contaminants such as heavy grease, wax, are virtually unaffected by cold water. In such cases hot water is quicker, more efficient and consequently more cost effective. Cleaning time can be halved and the end result is usually of superior quality. Good for exterior and engine cleaning. Also of great use to clean engine and gearboxes in an eco-friendly way, eliminating usage of solvents and agents, which are pollutant as well as costly. The modular blast room is specially ventilated and illuminated for enclosed abrasive blasting, and is a full sealed, dust tight, all steel structure. The components are prefabricated for simple bolt-together erection, with little or not job site welding required. Portable hand held gauge for measuring the orifice size (inches) and air consumption (CPM @ 100 PSI) of an abrasive blasting nozzle.
The buckets are of seamless type made of 3.15mm thick steel sheet. Bucket elevator if fabricated from Ms material of 5mm thick at boot section 3.15mm thick at trunk and top section, respectively. A one-piece cast iron pulley, which has been crowned for tracking & rubber lagged to prevent slippage, are located in the boot & head section of the elevator to drive the belt.
The End Draft (the direction of flow of air is towards the floor of spray booth) Paint Spray Booth is suitable for conventional, air-less and electrostatic spray painting and its consists of painting chamber, Inlet Air Filter, Paint Trap Filters, axial flow Fan, electric motor, duct and canopy etc. The design of the paint booth will be of end draft type paint booth with disposable paint trap filters on floor. The intake air into the paint booth is filtered by intake filter to avoid foreign particle deposition on the painted surface. The intake air is sucked into the room by the extraction modules located on the back wall.

Works on INDUCTION - SUCTION principle of abrasive delivery. The super blaster ensures continuous working and no interruption in blasting cycle. Recommended for light and medium sized components where surface is to be cleaned or deburred or to impart with fine matte finish. Useful for heat treatment shops, tool, die and mould makers and shot peening of light metal components etc. SB machines are incorporated with reclaimer which ensures uniform cleaning and finishing each time and in every next operation. This is achieved by an automatic system of abrasive cleaning and separation built into the reclaimer. Dust and debris are separated and only clean and sized abrasives are carried to clast gun-ensuring a homogeneous finishing. Most cabinets of other make do not have the reclaimer as standard practice.
Pressure Blaster - PBWorks on DIRECT PRESSURE principle of blasting, the pressure blaster produces high abrasive velocity resulting to cleaning of job at faster rate. A pressure vessel directly bolted below hopper of cabinet has automatic abrasive refilling arrangement. A tubular fabric bag type dust collector with generous filter area is attached with cabinet as standard feature for high efficiency of dust collection. A manual shaker is also provided for bag shaking PB is recommended for fast cleaning, for removal of heavy rust and corrosion using coarse abrasive, it is most suitable for etching the surface needed for rubber-lining. FRP lining and metal spaying. Castings and forgings are cleaned speedily. Blast pressure can be controlled from 30 to 90 psig. Almost all types of coarse and medium size abrasives can be used depending upon application.
Wet Blaster - WBWorks on INDUCTION - SUCTION principle of blasting. The most important point in wet blasting is its ability to use very fine abrasive - as fine as 5 microns. Fine abrasive are suspended in liquid, usually water and then pumped to a nozzle as a slurry. At nozzle, the slurry is introduced into air - stream and propelled against job. The glandless slurry pump is used to feed the slurry at positive pressure into blast gun. The wetter parts of pump are of thermoset plastic material for corrosion resistance. WB machine is useful in tool room to remove feather burrs multi-tooth cutting tools, such as, milling cutter holes, broaches and taps eliminating hours of hand honing time. It deburrs intersecting holes in precision parts which are inaccessible by any other method. The finest machined surface can be super-finished without damage to sharp edges and exact tolerances.

Process Control & Systems has a range of Airless Shot Blasting Machine Hanger Type with number of Blast Wheels varying according to the job size for the wide variety of work pieces for large
production output in terms of surface treatment. The overhead conveyor carries the job in & out of the blast cabinet where numbers of blast wheel are located depending upon the type of the job for attaining homogeneous finish.
Major parts of the machine include blast wheel for giving high production output, over head conveyor for job conveying & the media recovery, consists of bucket elevator, screw conveyor, rotary screen separator etc. & dust conllector.
The Job (s) is hanged on the hangers mounted on overhead conveyor or provided inside the cabinet. Blast wheel stations are located strategically on the Cabinet fires abrasives on the components. The components get shot blasted and finished homogeneously all around.

All standards models of Portable Abrasive Blaster are available with and without Remote Control Version.
In five standard models having cleaning rate from 3 to 20 sq-meter/hr.Tungsten carbide venturi nozzles in 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm bore. Air requirement varies as per model from 45 cfm to 250 cfm at 80 psi.
1) Automatic Filling Value :The machine is provided with automatic musroom valve (Filling Valve) for quick refilling of abrasive.
2) Tungsten Carbide Venturi Nozzle :The long & short series convergent-divergent tungsten carbide lined blasting nozzle ensures high velocity, evently distributed blast pattern & higher blasting output and provides lower wear, longer life and greater resistance against breakage.
3) Blast Hose :The blast hose is highly abration resistance with improved mixing valve outlet for longer life, high flexibility with lower bend radius & light weight and electrically antistatic for safe operation.
4) Abrasive Control Valve :The machine is fitted with pinch valve with hand wheel to control the abrasive flow through blast nozzle.
5) Abrasive Sieving :A wirw screen is fitted with pneumatic vibrator to sieve abrasive to avoid blast line choking.
6) Abrasive Tank Construction :Abrasive tank is fabricated from tested quality steel plate in accordance with IS-2825 and hydraulically tested at 250 psi.
7) Automatic Exhaust Valve :It vents outlet air and thereby machine is depressurised instantly. Valve opens automatically with stop of air supply to machine and vice-versa.
8) Air Filter & Pressure Gauge :An online air filter and pressure gauge is provided.
9) Ball Valve :The machine is fitted with ball valve having stainless steel ball (An anti-corrosive material) to ensure full air flow without pressure loss.

In operation, the exhauster fan on the clean air side of the collector draws dust laden air from the blast room through the fabular filter bags.
