• we had designed and developed a Portable Non Electrically Operated Dry Ice Maker - to make the much wanted Dry Ice available to the User at site and primarily, enable the:
• Ice Cream industry, to preserve Ice Creams in storage, transit and distribution, as also in Catering / Vending operations, and save the Melting Losses and improve upon the Bottom line of their business,
• Frozen food industry , to supplement freezing in storage, transit and distribution,
• Health care industry to preserve Biological / Pathological samples in storage, and transit, to serve the mankind,
• Industry – in general, to conduct analytical tests at temperature up to (-) 100°C., shrink fitting of components and maintenance operations, etc.
• The Dry Ice Maker is a non – electrically operated equipment to produce Dry Ice in brick shape of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 200 mm weighing approx. one kg. its density is 0.88, consuming about 3.5 kgs. of liquid CO² pressurised in a cylinder, in less than six minutes time.
• It is safe and simple for use and require “No electrical Power” or “special expertise to produce Dry Ice from liquid CO²”, no wear and tear,
• The equipment is simply connected to a cylinder ( provided with an internal siphon and a standard valve ) of compressed liquid CO² via a hose.
• It is the fastest way to produce Dry Ice at site,
• It is supplied with a DVD – an Audio Visual Presentation and a detailed copy of Customer Instruction Manual along with essential accessories to enable the User, use the equipment without any hassles,
