Pressure resistance for flanges without sealing rings is guaranteed up to 450 bar, and even up to 550 bar for screw joints.

It can be used with the support of a brush or else putty knife to dry the sealing surface on both sides with a temperature resistance of upto 900 C of natural gas.

This material has a surface finishing accuracy of 0.8 microns to 1.2 microns. The surface life of this sealing agent is so good compared to many other sealing materials. You can get this item in a packing quantity of 1KG Tin which contains a storage life of 5 years if sealed properly.

LED plate 250 anti seize sealing compound is used extensively for sealing the fittings on hydraulic, propane, butane, gasoline and petroleum oil lines. Consists of pure mineralized lead powder and a non-volatile hydrocarbon vehicle. The compound forms an effective sealing for equipment handling liquid nitrogen at -350F and for pipe sealing applications at temperatures to -100F. High Pressure Applications Led Plate 250 can be used for up to 50, 000 PSI. It won't dry out, even when the pack is exposed to air.
