White masterbatches are concentrates of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating TiO2 in thermoplastics to provide white color, without contamination by dust. They have perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, resulting to maximum hiding power and easy processing.
Black masterbatches are concentrates of carbon-black in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating carbon-black in thermoplastic products, to provide black color and improve UV-resistance, without contamination by dust and with good dispersion which is essential for maximum opacity and good UV- stabilization.
Colour masterbatches with high pigment content offer excellent dispersion, high thermal strength, superior fastness to light and gloss. Products with varying pigment contents can also be customized based on customer demands, with fluorescent, pearl and gilt effects.

These filler master batches are produced with material and other high quality special additives. These filler match batch are widely used in the manufacture of flat yarns for carpet manufacturing bases, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, vest bag, PE tape, cast film, PP bags etc.
Optical brightener is also called Fluorescent Whitening agents. Brightener Masterbatches or Optical Brightener Masterbatches are added in polymers to reduce yellowing, improved whiteness, and to enhance the brightness of a product.
Polymer Process Aids (PPA) masterbatches are specifically designed to enhance extrusion ability of plastics leading to PRODUCTIVITY and QUALITY improvement. The use of polymer process aids has increased as polymer processors look for higher quality and better output of their finished products.
Slip additives are added to reduce the surface coefficient of friction of polymers and are used to enhance either processing or end applications. High and low level slip additives are available and immediate and slow acting performance can be engineered into the masterbatch. Food contact approved grades are available. Combinations with antistatic products for use in the film industry offer cost effective, multi-use masterbatches.
All polyolefins HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP products in outdoor applications are exposed to UV solar radiations, the energy of this radiation is sufficient to initiate photochemical radiations leading to degradation. To prevent this UV Masterbatches are used to stabilize and inhibit the degradation
Antiblock masterbatches were specifically developed for oriented thin films and blown or cast films in demanding Polyamide applications. They have strong antiblock and slip properties with outstanding optical quality and mechanical strength. The masterbatches come highly loaded with pure active ingredients and in the high dispersion quality. This enables longer film extrusion run times with less down time.
