SMARtsaa offers Heavy Duty Limit Switch for use on heavy machines. These switches give position feedback by operation of contact.
APPLICATIONS:The applications include position sensing of crane, stacker reclaimer, loader etc. The robust design makes its use on heavy machinery.
These switches have been developed to meet the requirement of Extra Heavy Duty service as found in cranes, in mining, foundries, steel plants etc. where limit switches have to withstand high electrical and mechanical wear. The roller limit switch is used on cranes, stackers and reclaimers to sense position end of travel etc.The heavy duty roller and actuation mechanism makes it immune for impact of these machinery. The bodies and covers are fabricated out of thick cast iron/ Al enclosures, which are resistant against corrosion and rough handling.
Two types of actuation mechanism are offered 1) Stay put type where the switch remains in actuated position and same gets reset only when the lever is pushed back by operating mechanism.2. Spring Return Type where the roller regains its position when the operating mechanism goes away.
Following models are available: HDLS 101: Heavy Duty Limit Switch with 1 NO + 1 NC contactHDLS 202: Heavy Duty Limit Switch with 2 NO + 2 NC contact
All above Switch are field mounting having IP 65 enclosure, available in various enclosures materials to suite site conditions:
