Understanding the growing need and stringent quality and hygiene requirements for the RUTF internationally our engineers have developed fully automated RUTF processing plant. The Automatic Mayo Plant upholds a working capacity ranging from 500L/hr to 5000L/hr. This is a fully automated system comprising of mixing tanks and buffer tanks that are highly compact. Despite this, the design allows cleaning and maintenance at ease.

Rotatory Extractor (a.k.a. RE) is a versatile machine capable of performing for different industrial processes while majorly reducing power consumption. Utilizing the drum as a rotatory part with fixed brushes provides rubbing action reducing the cleaning/extracting time. In addition to that the dual stage (risen and washing) further improves the productivity and quality of work done. ROE has been tested for food as well pharmaceutical industry for colour extraction and liquid-solid separation. Complete SS304 body with SS316L based wetted parts provide hygienic scrubbing action through keratin brushes can easily remove chemicals (eg. rinsing off annatto seeds).

Our team of engineers have developed a Standard Mayo Maker. The unit is capable of carrying out the entire process, including rapid preparation of premixes, hydration of thickening and stabilising agents and preparation of the final oil-in-water emulsion. The Standard Mayo Plant upholds a working capacity ranging from 500L/Hr to 1500L/Hr. Key factor being high-level product quality and productivity that can be validated in laboratory showing even distribution of particles and stable emulsion. It is a result of highly efficient and cyclic process including homogenizer and agitation tank. Raw material are agitated first in the tank and then passed through high shear homogenizer.

Ketchup process plant is contemporary idea of integrating different process machines together to maximise product quality and minimise energy consumption. The ketchup manufacturing line encompasses a batch type homogenizing tank clubbed with a high shear inline mixer. The raw material is loaded into the mixing tank through the top.

The high shear mixer homogenizer direct feed and discharge mechanism will reduce the production time by providing continuous feed of high quality product for further processes. The mixer compromises of a rotor moving at high speed in a stationary part. The blades on the rotor create a centrifugal force that cuts the material as it passes through slots on the stator. The multistage rotor and cutting head provides intense cutting action with over 3 million individual cutting action in a second. The intense shear generated is enough to prepare all sorts of sauces and paste.

The Cross Core is a particle size reduction machine which can be used for wide range of food, chemical and pharmaceutical processing industries where final product is slurry, paste or liquid. Combining its precision cutting principle with a variety of feed assemblies and reduction heads the machine provides versatility in size reduction. Product is guided to the high speed rotating impeller. When product reaches the impeller, it revolves at high speed inside the cutting head. Centrifugal force propels the product outward past the cutting edges of the stationary reduction head. Small portion of product projecting into the spaces between the separators are cut off by spaced columns of vertical edges and collected at bottom.

The high ow Inline mixer can mix, emulsify, homogenize and solubilize. The mixer compromises of a rotor moving at high speed concentrically to slotted stator. The blades on the rotor create a powerful suction of material towards centre of rotator and then forces it towards slots of stator. Due to mechanical shear and hydraulic shear the material cut and mix with liquid as it passes through slots on the stator.

The high shear batch mixer can be permanently mounted to the mix tank or suspended over the vessel by adjusting its height using Hydraulic lifting mechanism. With its portable design the high shear batch mixer can be used in different vessels in different parts of manufacturing plant. The level of disintegration can be controlled using various interchangeable work-head. The high-speed rotation of rotator blades in work-head wields a powerful suction of material below it, towards the centre of work head. The high centrifugal force of rotator blades then forces the material through series of slots causing the mechanical shear and shear of material particles with each other. The material is expelled radially and again sucked axially creates a vortex

The pulp extractor has wide scope of utilization in the food industry for extracting pulp from fruits for jam and jellies. The new inclined perforated drum design with option for tray/hopper based outlet and inlet integrates a new design of rotatory part that provides you better quality product with reduced power requirement.
