Our Product / Services
Our product range contains a wide range of Leaded Tin Bronze Casting, Manganese Bronze Casting, Aluminium Bronze Casting, Brass Casting and Phosphor Bronze Casting
Leaded Tin Bronze Castings are made from premium grade material, following international industrial standards. Leaded Tin Bronze Castings are easy to install and widely appreciated for their durability and efficiency. Leaded Tin Bronze Castings consist of 10-12% tin as a major alloying element. Clients can avail the offered range in customization with the details specified by them. High leaded tin bronzes alloys are free cutting and retain favourable thermal conductivity and good lubricity due to the lead content. This material is used in a variety of applications.
Our Manganese Bronze Castings are made using the finest quality alloys to make ensure they are long lasting and reliable. These Manganese Bronze Castings are corrosion-resistant as well as weatherproof. We can make available the Manganese Bronze Castings in different specifications as per buyer's demands. Our organization manufacturers and supplies a wide range of Manganese Bronze Casting products.
Manganese bronze contains small additions of manganese, iron, and aluminum, plus lead for lubricity, anti-seizing, and bonding. Like the aluminum bronzes, they combine high strength with excellent corrosion resistance. Manganese bronze bearings can operate at high speeds under heavy loads, but require high shaft hardness and nonabrasive operating conditions. The various types of manganese bronze are a popular choice for the aerospace, fastener, marine, and oil and gas Industries. Typical applications in these industries include landing gear parts, strut bushings, screw machine parts, bearings, bushings, gears, and lead screw nuts.
At P.S. Precision Casting, we specialize in producing premium-quality Aluminum Bronze Castings known for their exceptional strength, superior corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance. Widely used in marine, aerospace, defense, heavy engineering, and industrial applications, our castings deliver unmatched reliability in the toughest working conditions.
High Strength & Toughness Withstand heavy loads and high-stress environments. Excellent Corrosion Resistance Ideal for marine and chemical industry applications. Wear & Abrasion Resistant Ensures longer service life in demanding conditions. Precision Casting Quality Manufactured with advanced induction melting and strict quality control. Custom Solutions Available in various sizes, grades, and specifications as per client requirements.
Whether its bushes, bearings, pump components, valve parts, or heavy-duty industrial fittings, our Aluminum Bronze Castings deliver the performance and reliability your business demands.
Phosphor Bronze is an alloy of copper with 0.5-11% of tin and 0.01-0.35% phosphorus. The tin increases the corrosion resistance and strength of the alloy.
The phosphorus increases the wear resistance and stiffness of the alloy. These alloys are notable for their toughness, strength, low coefficient of friction, and fine grain. The phosphorus reduces the viscosity of the molten alloy, which makes it easier and cleaner to cast and reduces grain boundaries between crystallites. The range of Phosphor Bronze Castings is appreciated in the market for its features of perfect finish, modular design and smooth edges. Clients can avail the Phosphor Bronze Castings in customization with the details specified by them. Phosphor Bronzes PB1, PB2, PB3 & PB4 are predominantly used for their wear resistance and bearing properties. Bronzes PB1 and PB2 are preferred in the form of heavy duty gears, worm-wheels and bearings for the more critical applications where high working loads, high speeds, impact loading and pounding coupled with adequate lubrication and good alignment are found. Phosphor Bronze PB4 is adequate for the less critical applications. Phosphor Bronze Castings are extensively used in diversified industrial sectors.
Silicon bronze is a low-lead brass alloy that is generally composed of 96 percent copper. The remainder can be made from silicon and a variety of other alloys such as manganese, tin, iron, or zinc. Silicon Bronze is known for its easy pouring ability, appealing surface finish and superior corrosion resistant properties, even when submerged in liquids and chemicals. Silicon Bronze was originally developed for the chemical industry but later expanded due to its good casting characteristics. Cast parts manufactured using silicon bronze are used for high wear, high load, low abrasion parts such as ball bearings, bearing cages, raceways, spacers, gears, and valve parts.
Brass Castings are manufactured using the best available casting process and tool support so as to ensure in them precision accuracy and high durability standards. Brass Castings are widely acclaimed for their high tensile strength, resistance to corrosion in air & fresh water and excellent cast ability & maintainability. Brass Castings provided by us are made under the hard and fast compliance of international norms and standards. Customers can avail Brass Castings at the competitive market-leading prices.
Gunmetal, also known as Red Brass in the United States, is a type of bronze - an alloy of copper, tin and zinc. Originally used chiefly for making guns, gunmetal was eventually superseded by steel. Gunmetal, which casts and machines well and is resistant to corrosion. We are among the prominent Gun Metal Castings Manufacturers all over India.
We have been supplying high-precision Gunmetal components from our Bronze casting foundry- Gunmetal casting foundry to the world market for many decades. Our state-of-the-art foundry combines traditional metallurgical expertise with modern manufacturing techniques to deliver exceptional quality castings that meet the most stringent international standards. We have established ourselves as a trusted partner for companies across marine, industrial, architectural, and fluid handling sectors that require durable, corrosion-resistant bronze components with excellent mechanical properties.
