Pugalia Felt can be supplied to the customers as a Cutted Dimension as well as a Roll. In Felts with Cutted Dimension, we have different range of dimensions and also dimensions of Cutted Felt can be arranged according to customer demands. Felts with Cutted Dimension are packed as a bale and the bales are wrapped with Jute Packing as 250 pcs. Felt in each bale. In Felts with Roll, the roll width can be arranged between 150 cm 220 cm and the roll length can be arranged between 20 meter 40 meter. We have also the ability of arranging roll width and roll length according to customer demands. The rolls are wrapped with HDPE Packing.

Wool felt sheets consist of highly dense pressed felt. Theyre manufactured from high quality natural wool fibers. These fibers are mechanically pressed using heat, moisture and pressure to achieve a specific wool content, density and thickness.
Most industrial felt goods come in roll form; however, due to its rigidity and high thickness sheet felt is typically sold in small plates of 1 meter x 1 meter size. To achieve this hardness, the sheet felt is processed to be narrower and shorter in length

Needle punched felt refers to felt that is made by verticallyneedling crimped fibers together so they become interlocked to achieve a desired thickness and density. Needled felt is commonly made from wool, synthetic, and other re-processed fibers in a dry mechanical method. By contrast, pressed felt uses steam and mechanical action. The fiber orientation of needled felt lays vertically, while pressed felt fibers lay horizontally, when viewing the felt at the cross section.
