AUTOMOTIVE GREASES PUREROL CALCIUM GREASE It is premium quality calcium base grease, specially developed for the lubrication of automotive chassis parts. It possesses strong affinity for metal surfaces with extremely good Stay-put properties and adequate water resistance. PUREROL AP3 & AP2 GREASES Purerol AP3 & AP2 Grease is premium quality lithium soap, All-purpose automotive grease, with high drop point, good thermal and structural stability and also having resistance against water wash out. With its smooth structure and high degree of resistance against oxidation and rusting/corrosion. It is an ideal product for all grease lubricated parts of automotive equipment. PUREROL WHEEL BEARING GREASES It is a premium quality, sodium soap grease with short fibres and good structural stability. This grease is specially formulated to give long service life to anti-friction bearings of light and heavy vehicles   INDUSTRIAL GREASES PUREROL MP3 & MP2 GREASES These are premium quality, lithium soap, multipurpose industrial greases. These greases possess excellent water resistance properties, high oxidation stability and maximum structure stability, high level of anti-rust and anticorrosion properties. They give outstanding performance under varying operating conditions. PUREROL EP3, EP2, EP1, EP0, EP00, EP000 GREASES Purerol EP greases are premium quality lithium soap base products containing an extreme pressure additive. These grades are specially formulated to meet the demand of EP grease for boundary lubrication conditions so as to prevent excessive wear, localised welding or seizure often associated with such severs operating conditions. PUREROL CHASSIS GREASE It is a lithium complex, meeting various NLGI grades - that can be used for a variety of industrial, automotive and heavy-duty construction applications. This grease is an extreme pressure lubricant can withstand higher operating temperatures than traditional lithium multi-purpose greases as well as most lithium complex greases.

HYDRAULIC & CIRCULATING OILS (ANTIWEAR TYPE) Purerol Hydraulic Oil 15/22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320 & 460 Antiwear Hydraulic oils are generally used for the lubrication of axial, piston, vane and gear pumps. These oils are especially required in systems where both piston and vane pumps are used for heavy duty service. These oils may also be used for lubricating light loaded gears and bearings. These oils are not intended for use in hydraulic systems containing silver plated components.    ANTIWEAR HYDRAULIC OIL (EXTRA HEAVY DUTY TYPE) Purerol HLP 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 & 150 These heavy duty type of antiwear hydraulic oils are especially required for use in oil operated fluid power systems that are subjected to shock loads, variable speed for continuous operating condition of high severity. These oils are also used for moderately loaded industrial gears, bearings and hydraulic devices with hydro mechanical actuator.   INDUSTRIAL GEAR OILS Purerol Gear EP 46, 68 , 100, 150, 220, 320 , 460, 680 & 1000 These oils are recommended for systems where the operation is under extremely severe and hostile environments such as Gear drives Industrial Gear oils of Rust and Oxidation inhibited(R&0) - equivalent performance standards are also available. It can be made upon request. GENERAL PURPOSE MACHINERY OIL Purerol Machine Oil 32, 46, 68 , 100, 150, 220, 320 & 460 Recommended for general lubrication of industrial equipment bearings, line shafts & for use in the lubrication systems of machine tools, textile machines and other machine parts, which are lubricated by a thin film of oil. Heavier grades of these oils are also used in the lubrication of small open gears, under light duty conditions. SPINDLE OILS Purerol Spindle  2 , 5, 10/12 & 22 These oils are premium quality high performance products primarily designed for the lubrication of high-speed spindles in machine tools which is formulated from selected high-quality, low viscosity base oils and additives that impart good resistance to oxidation and protection from rust and corrosion. They possess very good resistance to foaming and separate readily from water.   REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR OILS Purerol Friztech 22 , 32 , 46 & 68 These oils are recommended for a wide range of refrigeration compressors using all conventional refrigerants (CFCs) except sulphur dioxide and are suitable for both reciprocating as well as rotary compressors.   TURBINE OILS Purerol Turbine 32 , 46 , 68 & 100 These oils can provide exceptional demulsibility, oxidation stability and deposit control which is designed to meet the critical lubrication needs of combined cycle turbines, large heavy-duty industrial gas turbines, and gas and steam turbines with and without loaded gearboxes.  COMPRESSOR OILS Purerol Press 32 , 46 , 68 , 100 , 150 , 220 & 320 These oils promote system efficiency by suppressing foaming, releasing trapped air and rapidly separating out condensed water. They also help reduce wear, so that the compressors can continue working as their designers intended.   MACHINE TOOLWAY OILS Purerol Way 32 , 46 , 68 & H 32 These oils are recommended for lubrication of slides and tables of machine tools for both horizontal and vertical guide ways. It exhibits very good oxidation stability and Contains anti-wear, non-drip and oiliness additives

1 . TWO STROKE ENGINE OILS Purerol 2T Oil This oil is recommended for lubrication of all types of two stroke engines fitted on scooters, mopeds and 3 wheelers. 2. FOUR STROKE ENGINE OILS MULTI GRADE ENGINE OILS Purerol 5W 30(API SL) , 10W 30(API SL) , 10W 40(API CJ4), Super 20W-40(API SL), Super 20W -50(API CJ4), Super Plus 20W -40(API CJ4) , Super 15W-40(API CJ4) , 15W-40( API CF4) PUREROL PASSENGER CAR MOTOR OILS (API SL)  are designed to provide improved high temperature deposit protection for pistons and turbochargers, more stringent sludge control, improved fuel economy, enhanced emission control system compatibility, seal compatibility, and protection of engines.  PUREROL DIESEL ENGINE OILS (API CJ4)  are especially designed for high-speed four-stroke engines, to meet 2007 on-highway exhaust emission standards. It is compounded for use in all applications with diesel fuels ranging in sulphur content up to 500ppm (0.05%) by weight. MONOGRADE ENGINE OILS Purerol Super 10W , 30 , 40 It is designed for older & classic engines with premier mineral base oils and modern additives to provide outstanding protection in diesel & petrol engines. It meets API SL/CJ4 performance standards. AUTO TRANSMISSION FLUID Purerol ATF C4 SAE 10 , C4 SAE 30 This product is used in automatic transmissions of all commercial power shift transmissions, industrial torque convertors and automatic transmissions. The product has excellent oxidation, rust and corrosion protection, better foam resistance and low pour point. PUREROL FRONT FORK OIL Front Fork Oil is specially developed for application in front fork assemblies of two wheelers and is recommended for use in the front fork shock assembly of motorcycles PUREROL SHOCK ABSORBER OIL It is designed with excellent damping effect, & it is suitable for hydraulic shock absorber of automobiles under various severe conditions. PUREROL AUTO GEAR OIL Purerol Gear EP 90(GL-5) , Gear EP 140(GL-5) These oils are recommended for gear applications requiring lubricants meeting U.S. MIL-L-2105D, CS: 3000 B, API GL-5 performance level, particularly suitable where loading is severe and maximum gear protection is required. These oils are recommended for bevel, spiral bevel and hypoid gear differentials, for synchromesh & constant mesh transfer cases, oil luricated universal joints and manually operated steering gears.

Purerol Naphthenic  OIL Purerol Parraffinic Oil - P 25 , P -35 , P -245 , P- 42  Purerol Aromatic Oil This classification is generally based on the aromatic content of these hydrocarbon OILS. Aromatic OILS have the highest plasticizing activity followed by naphthenic and then paraffinic. However, aromatic oils are most staining while paraffin’s oils are least staining. The selection of these oils in rubber compound is decided by the various factors such as degree of plasticization required, extent of staining, compatibility with polymers etc.   DI OCTYL PTHALATE Dioctyl phthalate (DOP, DEHP ),  is clear, colourless, viscous liquid with a slight, characteristic odor. Soluble in ethanol, ether, mineral oil and the majority of organic solvents. Immiscible with water, resistant to hydrolysis and air oxygen activity. Its high plasticizing efficiency, fusion rate, viscosity, low volatility, UV-resisting property, water-extracting proof, cold-resisting property, and also good softness and electric property found a lot of applications in many offshoots of the industry.

1. QUENCHING OILS Purerol Quench 11 & 39 These oils are used for all normal quenching operations on a wide variety of steel to impart the desired hardness to components without distortion. The special compounding agent incorporated in oil improves the wetting ability of the oil, so that it provides faster initial cooling for optimum hardness, where as the base oil ensures slow cooling in the final stage for stress relief and distortion free results.   2. HEAT TRANSFER FLUIDS Purerol Therm 500 & 600 These oils are premium quality medium viscosity oil having exceptional properties for a long and trouble free life in the system. It posses high oxidation and thermal stability.   Metal Working Oil(Water Soluble)   I. SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL Purerol Super Cut Purerol Soluble Cutting Oil Purerol Coolant Special These oils are metalworking fluid concentrate which when mixed with water form an emulsion. It is because of their good thermal conduct these oils have the ability to dissipate heat more readily than neat cutting oils. Consequently water soluble coolants have become vital in achieving the higher feeds and speeds required to ensure maximum production efficiency. It can be used at 5% concentration in water.   II.SEMI SYNTHETIC SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL Purerol Syncut 240  Purerol Syncut Super (Chlorine free) It is semi synthetic cutting oil possessing very good anti-rust, anti-corrosion and biocide properties. It has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface, finish and minimize tool wear. It provides highly stable emulsions in a wide range of water hardness are obtained on adding the oil at recommended dosage levels (3 % to 5 %, ) to water with continuous stirring. It can be used in a variety of machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.   NEAT CUTTING OIL Purerol Neat Cut A12 , 32 , 945 , 156 , 123 These are a range of highly refined transparent, active & inactive type of cutting oils with extreme pressure properties. These cutting oils are specially developed for wide range of machining operations. They are blended from highly refined high viscosity index mineral oils and carefully selected additives.   PUREROL HONING OIL It is a high performance cutting oil especially developed for super finishing operations e.g. Honning, Lapping etc. However, this oil can also be used in other low to moderately severe machining operations.   PUREROL BROACHING OIL This oil is formulated with highly refined base Oils fortified with suitable EP additives of fatty oil and active sulphur for improved surface finish and anti-misting. It is recommended for Heavy duty severe machining operations such as threading, tapping and broaching on ferrous metals and more difficult alloys.   PUREROL DRAW OIL It is a heavy viscosity product formulated with mineral oils & extreme pressure additive and lubricating agent. It is excellent on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be used for drawing, forming, stamping, punching and other applications.   PUREROL RUST REMOVER Rust remover dissolves rust from corroded metal parts without scraping or scrubbing. After complete removal of rust, wash the component with water. Once rust has been removed, it is important to treat metal with some kind of protective coating such as dewatering type of rust preventive oil, so that the clean metal surface does not re-rust.   RUST PREVENTIVE OILS Purerol RP DW 901 , 902 , 904 , 950 , X 30 , X 32 , XXL  Purerol RP DW 303(NON – DRY) Purerol RP 602 These Rust Preventive fluids are soft film forming, solvent deposited, and water displacing type oil. These oils are used for the protection of metallic surfaces during transportation and storage. It is applied directly to the metal surface by dipping spraying or any other appropriate mode thereby forming a protective barrier. The corrosion preventives are readily removable by hot or cold solvents, wiping or stripping.

PUREROL WHITE OIL These OILS are manufactured from highly refined Base Oils. It consists of saturated paraffinic and cycloparaffinic hydrocarbons. The refinement process ensures complete removal of aromatics, sulphur and nitrogen compounds. It is a colorless, transparent oily liquid, odorless and tasteless.   PUREROL CLEANING OIL It is a cleaning oil/degreaser that utilizes newly developed technology to provide a solvent-based product with cleaning power that in specific applications equals or exceeds many solvent based products. This product is highly effective at removing organic products such as greases, petroleum oils, and fatty oils in a variety of applications.   PUREROL TRANSFORMER OIL It is a highly refined mineral oil that is stable at high temperatures and has excellent electrical insulating properties. It is used in oil-filled transformers, some types of high voltage capacitors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, and some types of high voltage switches and circuit breakers. Its functions are to insulate, suppress corona and arcing, and to serve as a coolant.   PUREROL EDM  OIL It is a premium quality dielectric fluid meeting the requirements for insulation and controlled dielectric discharge during electric discharge machining operations. The low viscosity of the fluid provides good circulation through the spark gap and more rapid removal and settling of metal scarf. Has excellent oxidation stability, which reduces the formation of oxidation products that will alter the dielectric strength of the fluid.
