The Carbide Heading Dies are with plain hole, Pointing, extrusion, trap extrusion, Hexagonal, Hex extrusion, flat extrusion, trilobular for different fasteners, screws and bolts. Fasteners can be of mild steel, stainless steel, high tensile fasteners of alloy steels. The carbide dies can be used for full thread, half thread boltsscrews. They can be socket head, hex head, counter sunk head, carriage bolt, roof bolt, coach screws, trilobular screws or other special screws bolts.

The material used in dies is HCHCr - High Carbon High Chromiuim steel of grade D2, High Speed Steel HSS of different grades M2 1.3343 SKH59. Dies are heat treated to 60 62 HRc. Rolling Dies are also supplied with special surface treatment to increase the life of tools.Flat Thread Rolling Dies are used for high volume production and Circular dies are used for heavy bolts and with low volumes.
