This is a device used for transferring the material from Sigma Mixer to Plodder machine. The machine is provided with FourSix Screws through which material mixed and feeded to Plodder. The design of this machine provide the material feeding to Plodder with uniform rate of feed along with enhanced mixing of the material.

This machine is used for transferring the material from one machine to another to save the manual labor and spillage of material during transfer. Raw materials after screening are transferred through this machine to Elevator or mixers as per the process layout.The machine consists of a tube having fitted with a screw and geared drive to run the machine.The material of construction is available as per the requirement in M.S and S.S.The various sizes and capacities are available as per the requirement.

This machine is used for making flakes of soap from hot molten liquid soap to solid. This machine is connected with chilling plant from where the cold water is flown through the moving drum core where solidification of hot molten soap takes place which is dropped by gravity from storage tank and the soap collected over the circumference of the drum is scrapped with the help of blades mounted in the machine.

This raw material handlling system is used for transferring the material from one machine to another machine.

It is used for mixing the chemicals used for making cream, jeal, lotion etc.

We offer auto stamper. The cutted bars received from the rotary cutterpneumatic bar cutter are passed through tablet size blade frame with an automatic pushback arrangement and stamp logo onto it which are further fed continuously to adjoining billet conveyor.
