Shellmac PR is an instant repair pre-mix for permanent repair of pot holes, cracks, depressions on the roads, it is ideally designed to withstand extreme temperatures and heavy traffic conditions, Shellmac PR cold mix consists of nominal aggregate size of 9.5mm down size.Shellmac PR incorporates specialty additives that impart unique performance properties to the mix. For optimum results, remove standing water/loose debris/dust with a brush from the pothole. However, where this proved impossible, repairs have always remained in excellent condition Pour Shelllmac PR directly from the bag into the pothole and overfill by 10mm Where deep potholes are to be repaired, it is economical to first compact approximately 10mm Shellmac PR across bottom of pothole, then fill remaining cavity with 6/10 mm metal chips well compacted and then top with 25mm of Shellmac PR as a final course Compaction can be done using a simple hand rammer. for large repairs, using a roller shall ensure smooth/even compaction. Do not use plate compactor Cures instantly and compacts further with traffic Open to traffic immediately since it does not stick to tyres.

It is a high quality, hot applied Polymer or Crumb Rubber modified Bitumen that is used for the purpose of road construction. The polymers or rubber used in Universal Modified Bitumen provide 50 to 100 % longer life span to the road surface based on the degree of modification and type of additives used. Due to this, the modified bitumen is used for the roads with heavy traffic. It is compatible with bitumen and used to avoid degradation of bitumen at mixing temperature. In addition, it also produces coating viscosity at the application temperature and thus, maintains premium properties during storage application and in service. The modified bitumen is used high rainfall areas because of the better creep resistance properties at busy junctions, bridge decks & roundabouts and also, long life of surfacing in snow bound areas. It is used as stress absorbing membrane (SAM) for the purpose of sealing of cracks and preventive maintenance for delaying reflexion cracking.

We bring forth for our clients Bitumen Emulsion, wherein the cation of emulsifier is at the interface with bitumen particle. These are manufactured in compliance with international standards and are precisely tested prior to the dispatch. The cationic emulsions are coupled by the emulsion with positively charged particles and acidic aqueous phase. Further, these are preferred over hot applied bitumen as these proficiently fulfill technical and commercial requirement for roads. Bitumen Emulsions are appreciated owing to reliability, economy and simplicity of application. Bitumen Emulsion is applied at normal temperature without heating and remain in that state offering ample time for easy application. These are chocolate in appearance, but color changes to black when emulsion breaks. While applying emulsion, user should not heat the bitumen emulsion and simultaneously do not let it freeze. The emulsion is manufactured by us as per the specifications of the latest edition and is fluid at normal temperature without heating at normal temperature without heating.
