The inner tank shall be made out of stainless steel and is insulated with thermorix sheet. This is mounted on a sturdy iron frame. The refrigeration system is consisting of a compressor, condenser and a fan which are fixed in the bottom of the frame. The evaporator Coil is evenly placed inside the s.s.ltank. R 134 a gas is charged to the refrigeration System which brings down the temperature. A stirrer keeps the temperature uniform and accuracy is controlled by a digital Controller with 3 12 digit led with resolution Of 0.5 deg.c the complete unit is covered With mild steel sheet and powder coated in a pleasing colour. Four wheels are provided for easy movement.
