We offer Conveyor Belts Wires.Conveyor Belts Wires Stainless steel Wires are also used for conveyor belts operating at high temperature. Raajratna produces suitable wires, in size range of 1.20 mm to 3.00 mm in bright annealed condition.

Braiding Hoses Weaving Filters Wires For braiding and knitting the size range is 0.15mm to 0.70mm and 0.15mm to 0.60mm, respectively. Raajratna produces weaving Wires, in size range of 0.08 mm to 5.00 mm, in bright annealed condition having excellent surface finish and high resistance to corrosion. And for filters, Wires of sizes up to 1.60 mm, are provided. The grades suitable for these application are 304, 304L, 316, 316L & 321. The surface finish of Wires can be bright or matte, as per customer's requirement.

We are offering stainless steel profile wires.Our standard range of profiles : 2.00 mm to 45.00 mm cross section with a maximumwidth 15.00 mm. Stainless steel shape wire are produced on an universal cold rolling mill with following highlights : continuous dimensional checks with contact type measuring system during rolling for highest accuracy close dimensional controls up to 0.010 mm both on width & thickness can be achieved as per customers requirement dimensional checks of the finished shapes is done on the most latest profile projector

Stainless steel mig wires can be supplied in plastic spool as well as on metallic baskets. The wires have suitable cast helix to ensure perfect "pay-off.

We are offering cold heading wire.Copper bearing austenitic steel 302 hq, xm7, normal 304 hc and 430 are generally used for cold heading applications. The stainless steel wires for cold heading quality are available in sizes from 1.20mm to 25.00mm. The surface finish of the wires can be provided as per customer's requirement.
