Diamond Dressers
Being the hardest of all materials diamond is the only suitable material in many industrial application if it is required. Dressing and Truing of abrassive wheels is one such important application. CUTHARD Diamond Dressers are designed and manufactured by metal powder sintering and Infiltration process using specially selected naturally occuring single crystal. Super hard diamonds for dressing operations on abrasive wheels of all types of grinding machines. CUTHARD Diamond Dressers are available in NORMAL AND GRADE 33A. We have plain grinded finish alongwith a Chrome plated finish to enhance the life of the Dresser. CUTHARD Diamond Dressers are also available in Conical Type with 60 degree and 90 degree angled cones for precision griding applications.
CUTHARD good quality Multipoint Diamond Dressers are manufactured to fulfil the need of heavy duty dressing in amost workshops. They are availbale in one or two layers with five or seven diamonds in each layer set in pattern to suit particular application Dressing of bigger wheels andrough dressing are done effectively by semiskilled and unskilled labour with the use of Multipoint Dressers. They are also available in two or three layers with two or three diamonds in each layer set in a straight line.
