The Demagnetizer being proposed will be suitable for components from your product range.
The demagnetization operation will involve placing of component (one at a time) on a Trolley. The Coil will be energized and the trolley, which will be placed at extreme end, will be pushed through the coil opening till it reaches the other end. The coil will be switched off when the trolley reaches the other end. The switching operation will be automatic.
The coil will be mounted on a stand of length 1000 mm (1000 mm x 600 mm x 800 mm (L.B.H.)) with its axis parallel to the length of the stand. A trolley supported on wheels will be provided on the stand, which will carry the components to be demagnetized. The trolley will move freely on the stand.
Safety provision such as Switches, Limit Switches, Fan, Auto Switch - Off will be the integral part of the demagnetizer unit.
