We manufacture a large variety of idler design configurations according to industry standards. We provide Conveyor Structure in specifications according to customer requirements. Idlers are supplied for a standard range of belt widths from 500 mm to 2400mm. These are manufactured using primarily tube or angle iron main structural sections usually supplied as galvanized or painted. With various alternatives to choose from in structure, RVI frames and brackets are manufactured from quality materials and designed with optimal weight and load ability ratios. RVI frames can be attached in numerous ways for different conveyor structures. The stringers are horizontal supporting bearns on which the idler brackets are directly mounted and bolted. The stringers are manufactured from MS C-Sections or pipes and have bolting holes for brackets at every 1 meter. The stringers form the backbone of the conveyor structure as they support the entire set up of idlers.

Conveyor Idlers are designed to accommodate for the operational characteristics of the conveyor. The RVI belt saver idler frame uses tubular sections with mounting brackets below the tube. This provides protection to the belt from tears in the event of a roller coming out of the frame. Troughing idlers are manufactured according to customer requirement as offset or Inline. The framers / brackets are manufactured using special fixtures which ensure that every frame is identical and the fitting of Conveyor Idlers in the brackets at the site is haste free. The tooling like dies and punches are accurately manufacture on CNC wire cutting machines and maintained and sharpened on timely basis on surface grinding machines. This ensures that the surface finish of brackets is without any burns and sharp corners. RVI also offer special guiding idler brackets and idler to assist with belt tracking. Top mounted (belt line above mounting structure) or undersing (belt line below mounting structure) impact frames typically have a more sturdy design to accommodate for impact loads.
