We can offer you industrys widest selection of sound rated doors. A variety of STC (Sound Transmission Classification) ratings are available ranging from STC 41 to STC 57. We can manufacture oversized, undersized, double doors, swinging doors, sliding doors and tandem doors etc. Acoustical doors are available in flush design or with vision lights and as single leaf or double leaves hinge doors or single or bi-parting horizontal sliding doors. All assemblies are available manual or power optionally.

This door can also be manufactured for multiple performance requirements including bullet resistant, blast resistant, thermal protection or any combination thereof.

Frames are factory prepared for masonry, concrete, expansion bolt or weld in anchorage and shipped set up and welded (or knock down where shipping limitations mandate size for large units). Standard frame design is made available or can engineer special frame profiles to complement wall construction and architectural style.

Accessories / Iron mongery are not included in the supply but can be made available optionally.

In this GI/MS/SS sheet having thickness of 20 SWG is used to fabricate the panel and the overall thickness of the panel is 40 / 42 mm. The panel is provided with stiffeners inbuilt to affix hardware based on the configurations or BOQ. Herein the insulation material is not used but instead Honeycomb craft paper / Thermocole is used as an infill material. The frame is fabricated from 16 SWG GI/MS/SS sheet having single rebate. Double rebate or engineer special frame profiles to complement wall construction and architectural style can be made available on specific request.
