Construction Features :1) Suitable for heavy duty applications up to 160 KG/SQ.CM & 250 KG/SQ.CM.2) Welded construction or tie road type for regidity.3) Surface finish of micro honed tubes - 0.5 Ra or better.4) Piston rods-ground, hard chrome plated and re-ground to finish better then 0.1 Ra for longer seal life.5) Provision of bleed screw at both ends.6) Option of minimum two rod sizes for each bore.

Design Features :1) Piston rod of En-8 material.2) Rod bearing - extra long cartridge houses wiper seal and non-metallic high abrasion resistant wear bands.3) Rod seal of high abrasion resistant and durable life compound. .4) Piston bearing-non .metallic, high abrasion resistant wear bands.5) Bouble lip wiper of nitrile rubber to prevent entry of foreign particles into the cylinder.

'C' frame are fabricated out of mild steel plate generously designed to with stand heavy working conditions with minimum stretching and deflection. The fabricated members of the press are stress relived.Two plates are bound together with welded support and tie rods. Precise machining of the structural members is done after normalizing to get the required accuracy like parallelism between platen and bed, right angularity between bed and the moving platen. Applications : It's highly applicable for high production of small jobs.Special presses are also available with high ram speeds.

Frame :The Crown column and Bottom are mild steel fabricated construction. The table is vertically operated by worm winch and it rest on load pin placed in holes in column at required height. Rollers are provided with the table for wasy handling of heavy jobs.

Cylinder :The Hydraulic Cylinder & Ram are made from mild steel. Neoprene rubber pressure seal is mounted at bottom of ram. Socket is provided to facilitate attachment of dies with ram.

Hand Pump :Double plunger pump gives quick ram travel by low pressure plunger and slow speed develops with high pressure plunger.

Power Pack :The Suitable hydraulic power pack provided with the unit includes eighter Gear Pump. Vane pump or plunger pump graven by an electic motor of required brand, control valves, connecting hoses & pipes etc.
