Internal Circlips has a large free diameter and gap width, consequently it fits more tightly into the groove and provides higher and more uniform thrust load capacity. Lugs with holes are provided for rapid fitting or removal with circlip pliers. Our range of circlips are used for restraining the axial movement of components or shafts.

Axially fitted snap rings for shafts with grooves. Mainly used for the assembly of needle bearings, needle cages and sealing rings.

Application Outdoor or Indoor use.  For use on cable gland entry threads. Features To dampen vibrations of the cable gland/equipment assembly which may loosen the cable gland or locknut. M.R. Industries makes all types of Wave Spring Washers as per DIN 137 & DIN 6904. Wave Washers are made from prime quality spring steel, stainless steel, copper and other material which are readily available in very standard sizes. Wave Washers are designed to offer a compensating spring force and maintain a load or take up shock. These are the disc of irregular shape formed in such a way that when loaded it deflects, acts like a spring, and provides a preload between two surfaces. Wave washers are very useful for limited radial space and moderate thrust load. Wave Washers are generally preferred as cushion spacers between parts on shafts or to take up the probable deviation in assembled parts. These are positioned underneath a nut, an axle bearing or a joint to reduce friction, avoid leakage, isolate, stop loosening or distribute pressure.

The mid-nineteenth century saw the conception of a conical shaped spring disc. This spring disc was subsequently termed a belleville washer after the name of its originator Belleville Washers Heavy Duty Belleville Washers to DIN 6796   Phosphating  : A zinc phosphate coating usually with subsequent oil or wax treatment. This treatment is widely offered as 'standard' on most stock-range carbon steel disc springs. The protection offered is sufficient to prevent corrosion throughout storage and normal transit conditions. It is adequate also for those applications where the disc springs are not directly exposed to the elements. However, where the application involves a more hostile environment, i.e. disc springs open to weather or marine conditions, chemical or acid laden atmosphere, etc; then a superior treatment or material must be considered. Mechanical Zinc Plating  : This is a method of depositing substantial thicknesses of zinc on the surfaces of disc springs without the risk of 'hydrogen embrittlement' associated with normal electro-plating. The zinc is impacted onto the surfaces by way of tumbling the disc springs in a rotating barrel, together with glass beads, metal powder, and promoting chemicals. In addition to removing the risk of embrittlement, the 'peening' aspect of this process is beneficial in terms of some stress relieving of the components. There are two forms of subsequent passivation treatment.

Retaining Ring The most common form of radially fitted circlips for shafts with grooves. Provide a large shoulder on a relatively small shaft diameter.
