The Bacteriological Incubator is a study double walled unit with outer chamber made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated and painted and the inner chamber made up of anodized aluminum or S.S. sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is fitted with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. Inner chamber of the Bacteriological Incubator is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height. The door is fitted with perforated shelves to convenient height. The door is also fitted with glass viewing window for inspection of sample without disturbing the test temperature. Temperature is controlled by EGO / JUMO GERMAN hydraulic type Capillary thermostat/ Digital Temp. Controller from ambient 70oC ± 0.5oC an L-shaped prismatic Thermometer is fitted to unit for reading the chamber temperature (only Thermostatic Controlled) Air Ventilators are also provided on the sides of the Bacteriological Incubator. The Bacteriological Incubator works on 220/230 volts A.C. Supply.

The BOD Incubator is specially designed for incubation of Biochemical Oxygen demand on water and sewage; this can be used as environmental study and growth chamber by incorporating lighting and humidification system. The BOD Incubator is triple walled with anodized Aluminum/S.Steel from inside and mild steel outside fitted with air circulating fans. The BOD Incubator has a full view inner glass door with magnetic gasket that allows inspection of samples without disturbing the temperature of cabinet. Range 5oC to 60oC with an accuracy of ± 0.5oC by Solid State Digital Temperature Indicator cum controller. Refrigeration is done by ISI marked Compressor/Condensing Units CFC free & R-134 a eco friendly refrigerant and heating by air Heaters. Control panel has separate heating and cooling indicator lamps; temperature set allows the user to select any desired temperature. Voltmeter is provided at the panel to check the incoming voltage.
