Double Offset Disc Butterfly Valves are giving extremely high performance at very lower operating torque with some significant features like lower weight, compact design, replaceable seat and easy maintenance. PTFE seat ensures smooth working life under temperature up to 210 centigrade. For higher size, these valves are strongly recommended.

Sharvil engineers offers slim seal wafer type, lugs type and flange end butterfly valves with integrally moulded elastomers like Nitrlile, EPDM, Silicon rubber moulded. Centric disc having large range of materials varieties like CAST IRON, CAST STEEL, SS 304 / SS 304 L, SS 316 / SS 316 L etc. Pressure rating complies with PN 10 / P 16 and each valve has been passed through hydrostatic test pressure examination. Due to some special features like lower weight, low torque operation, short face to face, butterfly valves are highly demanded and advisable for mainly bigger size over conventional valves.

Sharvil engineers presents more efficient, compact & fine finish Non slam check valves over the conventional valves to prevent reverse flow. It is also called disc type check valves. These valves are extremely successful for air. Water, oil, gas, steam, chemicals etc. These non slam check valves are being made by investment casting process only. So no material loss and compact design are making it cheaper with good finishing. Flow rate can get optimum & reverse flow stops positively.
