Our Foot valves are manufactured using high-grade cast iron and generally used for irrigation purpose in agriculture, aquaculture and other pumping application, where water may be dirty due to suspended silt and sand. Installed and positioned at the lowest point of the intake (suction pipe) piping of the centrifugal pump, below the water level, and often near the bottom of canals, lakes, rivers, storage tanks, wells and ponds mainly used to prevent the passage of unnecessary elements from the suction pipe to the pump.
