These are Networking Cables for high speed data transmission digital & analog voice and video signal of lens. Operates at band width up to 100 MHz Cat 5e and 250 MHz Cat 6e cables are used meeting the requirement EIA/TIA 568B.2 specification. Construction Of Cable Conductor- Annealed Bare Electrolytic Copper Solid/Stranded Conductors 27 AWG TO 25 AWG size in Cat 5e Cable and 26 AWG to 23 AWG in Cat 6e Cable. Insulation- High Density Polyethylene Pairing- Two cores are twisted to form a pair and the lay of twisting is chosen to minimise the cross talk and structural return los (SRL). The Four Pairs are further laid up and separator between pairs is inserted in Cat 6w Cable to minimize cross talk between pairs at high frequencies. Color of Pairs- Pair 1- White-Blue & Blue Pair 2- White Orange & Orange Pair 3- White-Green & Green Pair 4- White-Brown & Brown Sheath- PVC, FR PVC, FRLS PVC, LDPE Printing- At every meter with sequential marking RIP Cord- PP/Polyester Packing- 100 Meter Coil, 100 Meter Coil X 3 No.s, 305 Meter Tangle Free Cartoons. Shielding- FTP- Aluminium Mylar and Polyester Tape with ATC drain wire in contact with Aluminium tape. STP- Aluminium Mylar Tape with Copper/Alloy braiding with 90% plus coverage with/without drain wire.
