Sev Extruder offered can be made available by s in different operating configurations and comprises extruding system, cutting system, feeding system, transmission system, heating system and controlling system. Further, these provide for high temperature, high pressure and high cutting performance as well as allow for material sterilization by high temperature so as to ensure high product safety. Some of its features include auto-controlling speed feeding tool; screw comes with self-clean function; main engine adopting frequency controlling speed to fit for different material; cutting knife adopts frequency controlling speed to change material size; high degree of automation and even running.
Many different types of namkeen and bhujiya can be made by this machine. 5 types of different moulds are provided along with the machine. Three different models are available in different sizes according to the required production capacity.
