Our offered Product range includes KF FLANGE CLAMPING RING and Centering Ring.
RANVAC flanges are designed in accordance with International Standards Organization specifications which are compatible with other manufacturers KF-ISO flange design. Standard materials are in stainless steel 304L, 316L and AluminumKF flanges allow easy and quick disassembly for repeatable uses. Flange connections are available for tube size from KF10 KF50. KF flanges utilize an aluminum clamp with a single wing nut clamp allowing frequent disassembly without tools. The degree taper surface of flanges allows uniform pressure for compressing an O-ring held in place by a centering ring. The vacuum seal can be applied up to 1 x 10-9 mbar, depending on gasket material, and baked to 200C. However, sustained baking above 200C may result in deterioration of O-rings. RANVAC provides a broad range of KF adaptors for connecting to different types of flanges.

RANVAC ISO flange are manufactured according to ISO specifications with full compatibility to other manufacturers standard. There are two types of flange assemblies claw clamp type and bolt flange type; both use an O-ring hold in place by a centering ring to achieve vacuum seal up to 1x10-9mbar. The bolt type flanges are assembled by using a set of bolts to fix the position of the flanges. The claw clamp flanges use double claw clamps to hold two flanges together. The use of the claw clamps means that mating flanges can be connected in any orientation. Single clamp also can be used for certain applications.
