Rapicut produces Ready to Press Powder in various grades equivalent to ISO grades i.e. K10 (RH10), K20 (RK20), RK10, P30 (RP30), P40 (RP40), etc.
Rapicut has by using Modern Research & Development Techniques developed Tungsten Carbide grades suitable for Mining & Wear Part applications. The various grades of RTP used in Mining are RD10, RD25, RD35, RD40, RWX and in Wear Parts RW10, RW20, RW30, RW40, RW50 and RK05.
Application: To manufacture Sintered Tungsten Carbide Products for various applications.

Specification of Mesh size (ASTM): Range varying from 40 mesh to 700 mesh in specified upper and lower limits e.g. -40 + 200, -100 + 300, -400 + 600
Ordering style: FTC -100 + 200 i.e. Powder is sieved through 100 mesh sieve and collected in 200 mesh sieve.
Application: It improves hardness & shining of Tungsten Alloy to be used for diamond segment, chain saw beads, grinding wheels, scape, core bits etc.

To mine Brown Coal or Lignite from open cast mines a special technique calledTungsten Carbide Bucket Wheel Excavator Teeth(BWE) is used. The wheel of excavator is provided with buckets which have sharp teeth to rip the soil and excavate the sediment. Rapicut has developed the grade which is highly wear resistant and tough enough to withstand any impact loading.
