turmeric formula containsturmeric(in coarse powder form), turmeric extract( with not less than 90 % curcumonoids) and trikatu. the primary purpose of trikatu in this formula is to improve absorption of curcumonoides, which are other wise absorbed poorly. pipperine present in black pepper and long pepper is recognized globally for improving absorption of curcumonoids. the overall health benefits of trikatu are as follows:
