How to apply neeru plaster: 12 to 20mm thick internal plaster shall be carried out as above in single or two coats respectively. 1 to 1.5mm thick neeru shall be applied over the plaster when it has just hardened. It shall be finished smooth by a steel trowel and worked over to achieve smoother finish. Curing shall start only after 24 ours after neeru punning has been completed. This shall not be hosed down like other plaster but kept wet by a slight sprinkling of water for a period of 10 days
