Thigh lift surgery, also known as Thighplasty, is a thigh plastic surgery performed to improve or reduce the shape of the thighs. The Thigh reduction surgery is ideal for people who haven't received toned lower body even after continuous exercising and are struggling with inner or outer thigh fat. The surgery removes excess fat deposits from beneath the skin of the thighs. The skin is later tightened and shaped before closing to give the youthful and firm lower body. In some cases where the fat is more stubborn, doctors do suggest a combination of liposuction with the thigh lift surgery.
