Our IQF sweet corn kernels are obtained by de-kernelling matured, juicy and sound cobs of sweet corn plants to produce free flowing kernels. The product goes through processing, freezing, and packaging under complete hygienic conditions.
Baby Okra are supplied as whole okra sorted and trimmed from cut and bottom into 4 to 7 cm long size. Whole okra is picked fresh from the farms when they are tender and green to give its best flavour and nutritious properties.
Our quick frozen Green Chana is a unique green seed obtained after careful manual depoding. The whole seed with nutty taste is of maximum 11 mm dia. The product is blanched, frozen, and packaged and retain its deep green colour and nutritional properties
IQF Goovar cut is produced from fresh Goovar, which is sorted, cut top and bottom
IQF Ratalu cubes produced from fresh Ratalu which is peeled, washed, to remove the dirt, cut into cubes blanched and freezed
IQF LEMON wedges produced from fresh ripe fruit, Cut into 4 pieces or 6 pieces if large in size
IQF Red Chillies whole is produced from Fresh Red chillies, sorted, de- stalked, it is washed, blanched and IQ
IQF green Chillies whole is produced from Fresh green chillies, sorted, de-stalked, it is washed, blanched and IQF
Methi cubes are formed from fresh and tender leaves of fenugreek. The stems are chopped off and cleaned in details before processing and forming the cubes. Cubes weighing 40 to 50 gms. are frozen and packed under standard hygienic conditions.
Fresh Basil leaves are supplied with or with the slight stem in length of 10 to 30 mm. Our hard frozen green colour basil leaves maintain its aroma and pungent flavour and best to be used in culinary.
We supply Dill leaves or leaves and stem from 10 to 30 mm length. The green coloured dill leaves are obtained from fresh Dill hand plucked and cleaned. Fresh and green Dill is hard frozen and packed as per standard procedures.
IQF pomegranate kernels produced from fresh ripe fruit, skin is removed and the internal kernels are taken off with extra care as its fragile to take the kernels off
IQF Chickoo produced from fresh ripe fruit, skin is removed and the internal seeds are removed. Cut into 4 pieces or 6 pieces if large in size
