Working Principle & Features RENDERS SINGLE SHAFT DISPERSERS is designed for reduction of particle size. Our DISPERSERS achieve by the breaking up materials / Solid particles which are always needed to be sheared & mixed with fluid. Our specially designed high speed impellers are developed tip speed for whole dispersion. In this process size reduction is undesirable but its necessary to make sure to control tip speeds. As per the principal of high shear Dispersers doesnt grind at all but it helps to ensure a breakdown of agglomerates like as in paints & chemicals for breaking down of pigment & such other materials to incorporate them with liquid.
