Automatic Vial filling machine works on volumetric principle and used for filling liquids in vials on continuous running S.S. Slat conveyor. Four vials are filled at a time with predetermined volume. Fixing appropriate size of the syringes can fill different capacity vials. A specially designed synchronized Mechanical movement with the conveyor system and vial indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the machine. A NO VIAL NO FILL mechanism prevents spillage of liquid when the continuous flow of vial is not available. The machine works with
1 H.P. motor 415-volt main drive and .0.5 H.P. motor for conveyor drive. The machine is compact unit complete with conveyor is mounted on a sturdy stand of attractive finish. All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality cladded by S.S. 304 quality sheet. The movement of vials is arranged from left to right on the conveyor. The unit is designed to fill aseptic liquids precise accuracy and can give output of 60-80 vials/minute depending on quality of vial and fill sizes.
