Revata Engineering manufactures Tungsten Carbide Seats in a wide variety of configurations and specifications for use in wear, corrosive and erosive conditions.
The seats that we ship have a finished port area and is pressure tested so that a positive ball/seat seal is achieved. Our Quality Check and control department ensures defect-free finished seats thus reducing installation time to the customers.
We manufacture seats for standard 1" Valves in port sizes from 1/8 upto 3/8.We manufacture seats for standard 1 1/2 in port sizes from 1/8 upto 1/2.
We manufacture custom made seats as per your specific drawings and material specifications.
These Tungsten Carbide Seats are used for various Oil Field Equipment and Oilfield Valves such as Conventional Gas Lift Valves, Wireline Retrivable (WLR) Injection Pressure Operated (IPO) Gas Lift Valves etc.
