RHIA manufactures wide variety of PET jars from 46mm neck size to 120mm neck size with a volume of 200ml to 5000ml capacity to achieve the customer requirement. RHIA POLYMERS PRIVATE LIMITED manufactures PET jar preforms from virgin PET resin in advanced injection moulding machinery by using hot runner system which can give the uniform flow, clarity and balanced filling of resin in to the moulds. We manufacture different types of jar caps in different colors for our customers.

RHIA is producing polypropylene bottles, polypropylene jars , containers, in injection blow moulding for ayurvedic medicine industry. Injection blow moulding is used to produce bottles , jars and other containers in large quantities .The injection blow moulding process produces bottles of superior visual and dimensional quality compared to extrusion blow moulding with low cost of production. The process is ideal for both narrow and wide mouthed containers and produces them fully finished with no flash.

Interchangeable core sets and stripper assembly available to reduce investments. Own hot runner system is using with 4mm valve gate system. Balanced runners will give better result in flow, clarity and weight variation.
