Grosgrain Ribbon is a tightly woven ribbon with ridges interspersed along the length. It is quite a heavy duty ribbon but still maintains its elegance. It can be printed on using Hot foil, rotary ink, raised ink or silk screen. The print quality does depend upon the complexity of the artwork due to the "Peaks and troughs" in the weave. Finer detail can get lost in the ridges. We will always advise you if there is a potential problem with your artwork. It can be cut and heat sealed to prevent fraying.

The tapes and design are woven at a go by weaving polyester yarns in warp and weft. The design is created using specialized design software and electronic jacquards to weave up to 8 colors. We have over 1000 readily stocked yarns shades to match your requirement to the nearest design colors. Most intrinsic designs maybe woven with high pick density and in any given width up to 12 colors.

Velvet ribbons have a luxurious touch and feel. Single and Double face velvet ribbon is made of high quality nylon filaments and goes into continuous dyeing machine. All Velvet ribbons are high quality, good shape, fine texture, and high color fastness to wet and dry rubbing, widely used in garment and gift packing. Printing on velvet tapes is rare and usually only by silk screen method.

It is one of the most popular ribbons available in the market today.

It is a close weave ribbon that can be single or double faced and is made out of high quality polyester filaments woven and dyed in fantastic colours. The dye is cured at high temperature to ensure a strong colorfast ribbon.

Double sided polyester satin, also called double faced polyester satin basically means that it will have a silky coating on both sides.

Single-sided polyester satin, also known as single-faced polyester satin will have a silky coating on just one side.

Polyester satins are very soft and luxurious and are very popular for personalized wedding ribbon, Gift wrapping ribbon, Corporate and bespoke printed ribbon or anything that requires that extra touch of class. It does not crease easily and cut /seal is possible to prevent fraying.

Taffeta Ribbon is increasingly in vogue. It is a shallow woven Grosgrain ribbon, a very similar weave to the grosgrain but not as deep, so the ridges are less prominent. This makes it far easier to print with, which is ideal for customers who like to use Grosgrain but require finer detailed printing. We do however, print it using Hot Foil, raised ink or rotary ink. Taffeta ribbon, both personalized printed and plain can be cut and heat sealed to prevent fraying.

Cotton Fabric Ribbon is becoming increasingly popular as time goes on. We have ready stock an untreated cotton ribbon in widths of 15mm and 100 mm - This has had no harmful chemical treatments or bleaches applied to it and is as natural as we can possibly source. We do also supply cotton ribbon in its natural organic form against orders. This cotton ribbon can be printed on with specialist inks in certain limited colours.

We also supply a coated cotton ribbon which has been developed for the printing industry. We can print in a wide range of colours and print methods, including hot foil, rotary ink, raised ink and silk screen. Due to this being a natural fiber product, cutting and heat sealing is not available. We can, however, offer a cutting only service.
